Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, with specific skills in finishing work. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a creative eye to ensure the highest quality of finish for our custom projects. Responsibilities: * Install and finish custom cabinetry, moldings, trim, and other detailed carpentry work to meet design specifications. * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements. * Select, measure, cut, and install various types of wood and other materials. * Ensure all installations are securely fitted, aligned, and finished to industry standards. * Collaborate with the design and construction teams to resolve any issues and ensure timely project completion. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines and procedures. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials. * Proficiency in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.). * Ability to read technical documents and drawings. * Keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills. * Good physical condition and endurance. * High school diploma; further training in carpentry or a relevant field is a plus.
