You will work closely with our construction team, collaborating on various residential and commercial projects to ensure timely and efficient completion. Responsibilities: * Perform drywall installation, finishing, and repairs with precision. * Expertly handle floor installation, including hardwood, laminate, and tile. * Conduct trim work, such as baseboards, crown molding, and door casings, with meticulous attention to detail. * Carry out painting tasks, ensuring smooth finishes and excellent color matching. * Utilize your 5+ years of on-site experience to troubleshoot and solve carpentry challenges efficiently. * Interpret and follow blueprints, sketches, and construction plans accurately. * Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met. * Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations on all job sites. Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Carpenter on construction job sites. * Demonstrated expertise in drywall installation, floor installation, trim work, and painting. * Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. * Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to different project requirements. * Physical fitness and stamina to perform labor-intensive carpentry tasks. * Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Provide own tools.
